Ballycullane National School Header 1050 x 150

As always, Maths Week was a great success! It was held from the 10th to the 18th of October. Junior, Senior and 1st class worked on their patterns and shapes. The Senior Room worked on tessellation, brainteasers and riddles. Their art lesson was based on lines and angles.

Please see our updated Child Protection Policy for 2020/2021. This is also on display as you enter our school. A copy can also be requested from the office.

We made sure to celebrate World Mental Health Day on October 10th. After lunch, each student and staff arrived back to their desks to find a small treat and a small note.

We have 6 super additions to Ballycullane N.S. A big welcome to Abbie, Casey, Niall, Shane, Farrah and Ruby!

Please see attached a letter to all parents and guardians in relation to re-opening our school on Monday 31st August.

The other document is “Back to school Advice for parents” from the Department of Education. There is plenty of tips and advice for getting your children prepared for returning to the classroom.
