We made the most of Halloween with all our art work! Junior, Senior and 1st class made lovely skeletons and some scarecrows. 1st and 2nd Class used some clay to create their monsters and they also wrote a poem to go with it. 4th, 5th and 6th Class were learning all about Dia De Los Muertos and did some sugar skull printing. Have a look at some examples of our work
We had great fun in the lead up to Halloween. During the week, we had a Halloween Scavenger Hunt which everyone enjoyed! As always, we had our dress up day on Friday. Everyone made a huge effort and had a great day!
As always, Maths Week was a great success! It was held from the 10th to the 18th of October. Junior, Senior and 1st class worked on their patterns and shapes. The Senior Room worked on tessellation, brainteasers and riddles. Their art lesson was based on lines and angles.
Please see our updated Child Protection Policy for 2020/2021. This is also on display as you enter our school. A copy can also be requested from the office.
We made sure to celebrate World Mental Health Day on October 10th. After lunch, each student and staff arrived back to their desks to find a small treat and a small note.
